2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues such as: flowers that arrive in poor condition or wilted, arrangements that do not match the description or image, missing items from your order, incorrect delivery address due to our error, and significant delays in delivery caused by our service.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of our arrangements, we cannot accept returns of delivered products. Instead, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement arrangement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Reporting Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery. To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide:

- A detailed description of the issue
- Photographs of the arrangement showing the problem
- The name of the person who received the delivery (if applicable)

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

- The arrangement delivered was significantly different from what was ordered
- The flowers arrived in unacceptable condition due to our handling or delivery process
- The delivery was not completed and cannot be rescheduled
- We were unable to fulfill your order and no suitable alternative was accepted
- There was an error in processing your payment resulting in overcharging

Refunds will not be issued for: subjective preferences regarding flower selection or arrangement style when the arrangement meets the description, natural variations in flower size, color, or appearance, issues not reported within 24 hours of delivery, deliveries refused by the recipient without valid reason, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or recipient unavailability when reasonable delivery attempts were made.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time, which may take an additional 3-7 business days.

For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. For other payment methods, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate refund method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the delivery failure was due to our error. If you received a partial refund, it means that some aspect of your order was acceptable and did not warrant a full refund.

6. Replacement Arrangements

In many cases, we may offer to send a replacement arrangement instead of issuing a refund. This option allows us to ensure you receive the quality and beauty you expected from your original order. Replacement arrangements will be delivered at no additional charge and will be given priority scheduling.

If you accept a replacement arrangement, we will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time. We will take extra care to ensure the replacement meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, we will then discuss refund options.

7. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on when you cancel:

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date: Full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date: Refund minus a 25% processing fee
- Cancellations made after the arrangement has been prepared or is out for delivery: No refund available

8. Delivery Issues

We work with professional delivery services to ensure your arrangements arrive fresh and on time. However, delivery issues can occasionally occur. If your arrangement was not delivered on the scheduled date, please contact us immediately.

For failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address information provided by you, we will attempt to contact the recipient and reschedule delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, you may choose to have the arrangement delivered to an alternative address or receive a refund minus delivery costs.

For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, or other institutions, please ensure you provide complete information including building name, floor number, department, and recipient's full name. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete delivery information.

9. Special Circumstances

We recognize that certain orders are time-sensitive and hold special significance, such as wedding flowers, funeral arrangements, and anniversary deliveries. For these special occasion orders, we take extra precautions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

If there is an issue with a special occasion order, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize resolving the issue and will work diligently to provide a solution that honors the importance of the occasion. This may include expedited replacement delivery, upgraded arrangements, or other accommodations as appropriate.

10. Seasonal Variations and Substitutions

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and occasional supply limitations, we may need to substitute certain flowers or containers in your arrangement. We will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style, color scheme, and aesthetic of the original design.

If you have specific flower preferences or restrictions, please note them when placing your order. While we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties will always be available, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Substitutions made due to availability are not grounds for refunds unless the final arrangement significantly differs from what was ordered.

11. Care Instructions and Longevity

The longevity of fresh flowers depends on many factors, including the type of flowers, environmental conditions, and care provided. We include care instructions with each delivery to help you maximize the life of your arrangement.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers flowers that arrive in poor condition, but does not extend to the natural aging process of flowers after delivery. Most fresh flower arrangements will last 5-7 days with proper care, though some varieties may last longer or shorter depending on their nature. We are not responsible for shortened flower life due to improper care, extreme temperatures, or environmental factors beyond our control.

12. Disputes and Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution we provide, please ask to speak with a manager or supervisor who can review your case. We will make every reasonable effort to reach a solution that is satisfactory to both parties.

In the rare event that we cannot reach a mutually agreeable resolution, you may have the option to pursue dispute resolution through your payment provider or through applicable consumer protection agencies. However, we are confident that we can work together to resolve any concerns.
